Apparently someone doesnt understand that the state laws prevail over federal laws. This guy is running a small biz out of his home providing a much needed service.
He has followed all of the state regs and yet the Obama thug DEA boys came and raided him the day after his small biz was highlighted on the local news..NOw his biz may be a little unorthodox, but the state of CO voters said it is legal.. I wonder if the CA supreme court precedent setting case af ew weeks ago might add further relevance to the obnoxiousness of the Obama DEA thugs.
