This morning I was tilling the soil in the beds, prepping the bed for more seeds ans Junior came out and wanted to join in.. Never one to turn out a chance to teach, I ave hi a hoe and some compost and showed him how to prep te soil. Explaining to him the reason for the raised beds is the clay soil we have.. He helped me plant some corn, green beans and a cuppla rows of small squash.. We are taking full advantage of the afternoon rain for watering and germination
